Masdiag's innovative diagnostic project for dementia risk assessment has been selected by PARP to implement promotional material as part of the SMART Path programme.
Masdiag is proud to announce that our project “A Drop for Memory — An Innovative Diagnostic Test to Assess the Risk of Dementia” has been selected by PARP (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development) to implement promotional material as part of the SMART Path programme.
With this support, Masdiag is developing a solution that has the potential to become a breakthrough in the diagnosis and prevention of dementia, enabling early risk assessment and faster implementation of preventive measures.
The project focuses on an innovative method of collecting a drop of blood on a special material that enables the separation of blood into red blood cells and plasma fractions — allowing even more efficient use of the collected sample. This represents a major breakthrough in laboratory diagnostics using self-collected blood samples.
This recognition is a great honour for the team, and a motivation to continue working on innovations that support health and quality of life. The project is a significant step toward precision medicine and the early diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.
